This program introduces frameworks and approaches effective business leaders use to manage project teams, get buy-in from stakeholders, and tackle problems of any size.

In this program you will:

  • Frame problems systematically to define key goals
  • Apply structured approaches to idea generation
  • Prioritize potential solutions
  • Evaluate plans from multiple perspectives to optimize for success
