Gallup Strengths certified trainer Kim Kenney-Rockwal will help leaders develop a deep understanding of their talents and learn how to leverage them to lead with authenticity, confidence, and impact. This highly interactive session is designed for both emerging and experienced leaders who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness and create a workplace culture where strengths drive success. Participants will leave with a powerful sense of confidence and actionable strategies.
As a part of this session, each participant will complete the Gallup Strengthsfinder assessment to learn their personal strengths. With this knowledge, participants will build a strengths-based leadership plan.
