He has focused his professional life on aligning sustainability to business-models across sectors. He and his team are now focused on establishing operational carbon neutrality by 2030.

Leah Weiss, Ph.D. is a researcher, lecturer, consultant, and author. She teaches Compassionate Leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she created the perennially-waitlisted course “Leading with Mindfulness and Compassion.” She is a principal teacher and a founding faculty member of Stanford’s “Compassion Cultivation Program,” conceived by the Dalai Lama.

Dr. Susan S. Fleming is an educator, speaker, investor, and mom. From 2010 - 2018, she was a Senior Lecturer at Cornell University, teaching women in leadership and entrepreneurship. Susan began her career on Wall Street, where over a period of twelve years she held various positions in the investment community, including that of Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co.;, Vice President of Insurance Partners, L.P., and Partner at Capital Z Financial Services Partners.
