Executive Director, Dina Venezky, will be leading a one-hour discussion of the book "Just Work, Get Sh*t Done, Fast & Fair" by Kim Scott on Wednesday, Apr 21 from 3:00 to 4:00 pm ET.

“The goal [of Just Work] is to give everyone the opportunity to do work they love and to enjoy collaborating with their colleagues, free from the inefficiency and resentment that unjust treatment breeds.” Kim Scott

The book “provides a practical framework for respecting everyone’s individuality and collaborating effectively.” We will discuss how leaders and their employees need to “create more just workplaces and establish new norms of collaboration and respect.”

You do not need to have read the book to participate. We will cover content to inform our discussions of critical topics such as:

  • What is unjust treatment?
  • How can we respond to bias, prejudice and bullying?
  • How can we move through shame and commit to genuine inquiry?
  • How can we be better allies?
