Women’s Leadership Profile: Mid-career

Mid-level Executive Program for Women

The Mid-level Executive Program for Women is a cross-industry development program that harnesses the power of stepping away from day-to-day work and life responsibilities to focus on personal, professional, and organizational growth from a “whole leader” perspective.

The Program

About the Program

The Mid-level Executive Program for Women is designed to move women leaders out of the critical mid-level, where many often get “stuck”. Women who attend this program gain the tools to move forward from their success in management—the management of projects and tasks, to true leadership—the inspiration and leading of others to perform.

Participants learn from world class faculty and through the exchange of stories and ideas between women leaders from different industries and organizations around the world. Participants discover the value of reflection and work to understand who they are as leaders at work, at home, and within their communities.

Testimonials

  • “I got so much out of learning about myself and being a leader! My experience at the program had an immediate impact on my work by giving me the necessary refresh I needed. I was inspired and excited to be part of such a strong network of women. It also gave me the necessary refresh I needed in my life outside of work. What specific returns did I get out of it? Two big things come to my mind: the value of being submerged in a learning environment that touched a wide range of topics – from leadership to networking to finance to health. I now have new leadership tools that will strengthen me, my teams and our practice.”
