Elizabeth Schwan-Rosenwald is a recognized expert in cross-sector partnership development, leadership development and capacity building for the nonprofit sector. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government and the social sector to build, lead, and advance the use of service and civic engagement as a resource for communities worldwide. Her 20+ nonprofit fundraising career spans some of Chicago’s most prominent arts and social justice organizations. Elizabeth serves as the Vice President of Supporter Relations for Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) and is a Consultant with the Benevolent Group. Previously, she was the Chief External Relations Officer at the Taproot Foundation and founder of 20% Theatre, an all-women’s theatre company dedicated to addressing the inequity of women and power imbalance in the theatre arena. Elizabeth holds a BA from Smith College in English and Theatre and is a graduate of the American Express Leadership Academy.
